2. จัดให้มีข้อม่ลขาวสารของราช้ก้ารไว้ให้ประชาชน
เข้าตรวจด่ได้ ตามมาตรา 9 แหงพระราช้บัญญัติิข้อม่ล
ขาวสารของราช้ก้าร พ.ศ. 2540 ได้แก้
• ผู้ลการพิจารณาหรือคำวินิจฉัยทีมีผลโดยตรง
ติอเอก้ช้น
•
นโยบายหรือการติีความทีไมเข้าขายติ้อง
ลงพิมพ์ในราช้ก้ิจจานุเบกษา
•
แผนงาน/โครงการและงบประมาณรายจาย
ประจำปี
• ค่มือหรือคำสังเก้ียวก้ับวิธุีปฏิบัติิงานของ
เจ้าหน้าที ซึ่่งมีผลกระทบถ้้งสิทธุิหน้าทีของ
เอก้ช้น
• ข้อม่ลทีได้มีการอ้างอิงในราช้ก้ิจจานุเบกษา
แติมิได้นำรายละเอียดลงในราช้ก้ิจจานุเบกษา
เนืองจากได้มีการจัดพิมพ์แพรหลายตามจำนวน
พอสมควรแล้ว (กรมพัฒนาธุุรก้ิจการค้าไมมี
ภารก้ิจทีเก้ียวข้อง)
• สัญญาสัมปทานหรือรวมทุนก้ับเอก้ช้นในการ
จัดทำบริการสาธารณะ (กรมพัฒนาธุุรก้ิจการค้า
ไมมีภารก้ิจทีเก้ียวข้อง)

โดยข้อม่ลขาวสารดังก้ลาวได้มีการจัดทำดรรช้นีไว้
เพือให้ประชาชนเข้าใจและสามารถ้ค้นคว้าได้เอง ทังนี
ประชาชนสามารถ้ติรวจด่ข้อม่ลขาวสารได้ที

2. Making Available Official Information for
Public Inspection. The Department has made
available, for public inspection, official information as
required by Section 9 of the Official Information Act,
B.E. 2540 (1997), namely:
•
results of considerations or decisions
having direct effects on private individuals;
•
policies or interpretations not required to
be published in the Government Gazette;
•
work plans, projects and annual
expenditure budget;
•
operating manuals or instructions relating
to work procedures of State officials which
affect the rights and duties of private
individuals;
•
information not published in the
Government Gazette but already sufficiently
disseminated and referred to in the
Government Gazette (this is outside
the DBD’s scope of duties);
•
concession contracts or joint venture
agreements with private individuals for the
provision of public services (this is outside
the DBD’s scope of duties);
•
resolutions of the Cabinet or of such
Boards, Tribunals, Commissions or
Committees established by law or by
aresolution of the Cabinet;
•
any other information as determined by
the Official Information Commission such
as invitations for bids andtenders signed
by the Head of the Government agency;
and
•
results of procurement proceedings of
each month.
All such information has been well-arranged
with indexes to facilitate public understanding and
ease of access. The public may access the
information at
