4. Modernization
The Court of Justice shall assume a leading role in the adoption of advanced technology and enhancement of knowledge in the administration of the court and adjudication of cases.
∙ Adopt suitable and cost-saving technology to enhance the efficiency and expediency of the court’s public service
∙ Modernize the Court of Justice’s information system to ensure seamless access and serve as the communication channel between the court and the public
∙ Propose revisions to legislation to align with the developments and changes of the digital era
∙ Encourageandsupportcourtpersonneltoadvancetheirknowledgeandexperience from institutions domestically and internationally
