Policies of the President of the Supreme Court
3. Equality
The Court of Justice shall render justice with equality and non-discrimination.
∙ Ensure equal access to justice for all individuals with uniform standards and procedures
∙ Enhance the criteria for provisional release to ensure the protection of rights and liberties of individuals
∙ Enhance the system to facilitate individuals in obtaining legal counsels or legal advisors in order to exercise their right to defend their cases effectively
∙ Propose revisions of legislation that pose obstacles to achieving equal access to justice
