                  ½ mango, peeled, chopped       Whizz all ingredients together (except passionfruit) with ½ cup
                  ¼ pawpaw, peeled, chopped      ice cubes and serve immediately, garnished with passionfruit pulp.
                  ⅔ cup chopped fresh
                  pineapple
                  ½ banana, peeled,
                  chopped (optional)
                  1 cup coconut water
                  or almond milk
                  1 passionfruit (reserve
                  to garnish)

                  1 small banana, peeled,        Whizz all together (except extra mint leaves) with ½ cup ice
                  chopped                        cubes and serve immediately.
                  2 cups spinach leaves
                  1 cup seedless green grapes    To amp up the fibre content feel free to add 1 tablespoon of
                  (or blueberries)               one of the following: chia seeds, LSA (linseed, sunflower and
                  ½ cup natural Greek-style      almond blend) or rolled oats.

                  ½ cup almond or regular milk
                  2 tbsp chopped mint leaves,
                  plus a few leaves for garnish
