One Last Word

I would like to give a truly heartfelt, special word of thanks to…

Mr. James Meredith and Mrs. Denise LePera, for their continued, enthusiastic support of our
beautiful magazine.

Mrs. Brigid Shaw and her awesome Art students for their amazing illustrations. Mrs. Shaw and
her students help bring our words to life through their awe-inspiring talent. We cannot thank them
enough!

Mrs. Natalie Graveley and her English students, for their unwavering support. Their writings
reflect the depths of human creativity, which is truly endless.

Mrs. Rita Severino for her proofreading and review. I know that if something passes Mrs.
Severino’s expert eye, it has to be good!

Miss Josephine Nguyen, who has served as my Editor-in-Chief for two years. This is her final
edition of Highlights, and I cannot thank her enough for her untiring dedication and commitment.
I will miss our many conversations about Highlights, and I can’t wait to see what amazing
accomplishments come from her in the future.

Mackenzie Kephart and Emma Kelly, my wonderful Senior Editors, who helped make every step
of Highlights a success. They got the word out every week about our Highlights mission, helped
organize our meetings, and made our Highlights Café a tremendous success.

And finally, the entire Community of Nazareth Academy High School for Girls. It is because of
you that our school is a beacon of inspiration, hope, and virtue. We will always persevere through
the most turbulent of seas.
