Hydrocor™ 3650 - Test Results:

Product: Hydrocor™ Exterior Metal Coating
Description: Dual coat system to seal off rust and protect metal surfaces from carthodic
despondment through encapsulation of the metal combined with anti-corrosion agents.

Color: Soft White, Steel Grey, Black, Brick Red & Enviro Green.

Packaging: 44 lbs. pails
Coverage: 470 sq. ft. @ 7 mils dry film thickness per coat.

Temperature Application: Apply only when air and surface temperatures are between 47 -
130° F (8 - 55°C) and surface is at least 5°F (3°C) above dew point. The relative humidity
should not be greater than 80%.

Application thickness requirements: A minimum of one coat of Blue Base Coat Hydrocor Primer
and one coat of Hydrocor top coat for a total of 14 mils (7mil per coat).

Preparation:

surface with degreasing detergent or other suitable cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water
and allow to fully dry. High gloss surfaces will require a scuff sand to maximize adhesion.

The surface may be prepared by theuse of a high pressure water cleaning (HP WC), minimum

pressure of 5,000 psi, in accordance with SSPC-SP-12/NACE 5 to a visual surface preparation
condition of WJ-4.
