FIAP Events The judging of the collections was done in two steps: FIAP Events
The judges were: Luis Franke (Argentina), Montse González (Spain) and Elisardo Minks (Chile).
1) the judging of each work in the collection
2) the judging of the coherence of the collection
The total score of a collection was obtained by the addition of the points from the two different
judgements.
The winner of the World Cup was Ireland. The medal winning countries were Spain, Russia and Scoring the prints (Photo by Renata Xavier)

This award has been given every two years
since 1980 to the overall best placed country
when the scores of the two sections of the
Colour Biennial plus the Black & White Biennial
