FIAP DISTINCTIONS – PRACTICAL INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: This document replaces document 160/2020 E.

Distinctions of category A (NFIAP - EFIAP/d8)

— Send the completed document (pages A, B and C) by electronic mail to the FIAP Distinctions
Service and also the digital files of the works by a data transfer platform (e.g. wetransfer or similar)
(fiapdistinctions@gmail.com).
— Send a scan of page A signed by the responsible of the federation and also a scan of page B
signed by the author to fiapdistinctions@gmail.com .
— The sum of € 70 for each applicant is to be paid to the FIAP Treasurer.
NFIAP applications are free of charge.

Distinctions of category C (PFIAP - MPFIAP)

— Applications for distinctions of category C are done online via the following link
https://fiap-portfolios.fotogenius.es/
— Applicants can apply on the 15th January, 15th May and 15th October of each year.

— The fee must be paid by the applicant via the application platform.
The fees are €70 for PFIAP and PFIAP/b, €80 for PFIAP/s, €90 for PFIAP/g, and €120 for
MPFIAP. If an application, or part of an application, is refused, the applicant may reapply in the next
session by paying a supplementary fee of €30. A supplementary reapplication may be made up to
two times. After these two attempts, the initial application fee (€70/80/90/120) must be paid again,
which entitles the applicant to two additional supplementary reapplications, if necessary.

Distinctions of category B (MFIAP)
— The application dossier and the digital files of the works must be sent to the FIAP Distinctions
Service by “WeTransfer”. (fiapdistinctions@gmail.com).
— Send a scan of page A signed by the responsible of the federation and also a scan of page B
signed by the author to fiapdistinctions@gmail.com .

— Deadline: February 1 , of each year.
— Pay to the FIAP Treasurer the sum of € 120 per applicant.
