SUP Yoga (Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga)
Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga is low impact, strengthens the core, and burns every muscle. Practicing on an unstable surface requires your mind and body to engage to a whole new level. There is no “cheating” on the paddle board! Classes are Saturdays as scheduled. Registration is required. Two classes are offered each day. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get established on your board. Paddle boards are provided.
