Weight Training with Karen Maas

For Bones & Balance Mon/Wed 2:15 p.m.–3:15 p.m.
Designed for older adults and beginners, For Bones and Balance works with strength training to assist with bone density, and with balance practice, for staying active and safe. This is a class taking you from your own starting point, combining cardio, strength, and balance exercises to help your reach your health goals.

Weightroom Orientation
Chehalem Fitness Center invites all patrons to undergo
a weightroom orientation (required for 15–18 yrs.);
this session will cover facility rules, equipment use, safe exercise practices and weightroom etiquette. Orientations last approximately 30-60 minutes and cost $15 per person. Orientations are by appointment only; call 503-537-2909

Fitness Evaluation
A tness evaluation is a valuable tool for assessing your current level of tness and can be used in determining and setting personal goals. Standardized testing include body composition assessment, cardiovascular tness, exibility and muscular strength and endurance. By appointment only, contact Patty Rimmel at 503-201-7040. Fee: $55
Personal Training
Patty Rimmel and Karen Maas are certi ed Personal Trainers and are available to assist you in achieving your personal health and tness goals. Work on developing cardiovascular health, and improving muscular strength, endurance, and exibility. These comprehensive one-on-one sessions are available by appointment only.
Single Session Fee: $55. Multiple session package rates available.
