NEW HORIZON DIABETIC
DAY CAMP
District 2-X1, in partnership with American Diabetes Association, holds Day Camps twice a year during the summer for children with juvenile diabetes to educate treatment and efficient management of diabetes. For more details about the program, please contact 2-X1 District Chairs Lions Rita and Claxton (see page 67)
Club's 100% Contribution is $2 per member based on July 1 membership. Club’s contribution is designated to the “New Horizon Diabetic Day Camp Fund” and is deposited in "2X1 Charities Inc.-Camp New Horizon A/c”
Life Memberships are available for $125 per membership that includes a Plaque or Pin for the recipient. Please include recipient’s name with contribution and choice of Plaque or Pin.
Designate the check for “Life Membership or for “100% contribution”. Make checks payable to:2X1 Charities Inc. with memo indicating “Camp New Horizon” and mail to:
