World Services for the Blind (WSB), Little Rock, Arkansas is the most comprehensive adult rehabilitation center in the world. WSB prepare and help to build a “new life” to people by giving them required independent living skills, (vocational training, vision rehabilitation clinic & training, assist in technology learning, job placement, college preparatory program etc.) career training and community access tailored to the special requirements of their individual visual impairments
Blindness is no respecter of persons. It strikes without regard to race, religion, sex or nationality. In the United States, more than 25 million people, age 18 and older, are blind or have severe visual impairments that cause them to make adjustments in their careers and everyday living situations.
WSB was founded in 1947. WSB has served more than 12,000 people from all 50 states of USA and 58 countries.
