Lion Wanda Elliott – Lion since 2016
Lion Wanda has been a strong participant in our club sincethedayshejoined.Shealwayshasasmileand warmly greets everyone. She regularly attends our weekly meetings, participates in all activities and fund-raising projects, i.e. hamburger-hot dog lunch, 5- K run, Flag program, and our plastic recycling drive. She is also greatly involved in various Club Community functions; such as the Terrell Christmas Parade, Terrell State Hospital Parade, and Children's Pizza Party. She has served as our Tail Twister this year. We highly recommend that she receive this award.

Lion Laurie Mosley – Lion since 2018
The Waxahachie Lions Club is proud to nominate LaurieMosleyasthe2018-2019GrassRootsLion. Lion Laurie has served our club through promoting and assisting in the preparation of the upcoming state convention to be held here in Waxahachie. She actively shares with others her pride in being Lion, and serving our community. More recently, our club has had the privilege, of her serving as the newest tail twister.
