Kaufman Lions Club
Lion Mike Williams – Lion since 2015
In the short time Lion Mike Williams has been a member of the Kaufman Lions Club, he came up with the idea of using a pancake breakfast as a fundraiser during a local festival we have in October. He has served as the coordinator for this event since its inception. He served as a board member and he is constantly active in various club activities.
Mabank Cedar Creek Lions Club Lion Dale Leathers – Lion since 2017
Dale joined our club ready to serve. He volunteered to become our Membership Chairman and has taken his position very seriously. He began by attending Lions University to get the training he needed. Since then he has represented the club at several community events to help make our community aware of the Lions Club and what we are all about.
Plano Early Lions Club
Lion Mike Shanahan – Lion since 2018
Lion Mike joined our club in July 2018. He volunteered to coordinate our Adopt-a-Highway project.ThefirstcleanuponDecember1,2018had6 Lions participating to clean Independence from 15th to Park. Our most recent cleanup was April 6, 2019. Even the rain couldn’t keep these dedicated Lions away. When Lion Mike isn’t attending meetings or on cleanup duty, he enjoys being a flourishing realtor in Plano. Along with his loving wife, Kathy, they’ve lived with their family in Plano for over 20 years. We’re very happy he found us! He’s a great member!!
Lancaster New Centennial Lions Club Lion Judge Valencia Nash – Lion 2018
Judge Nash is dedicated and executes tasks from start to finish. Judge Nash is extremely organized and has a keen eye for detail. She is honest and trustworthy. Judge Nash was intricate in identifying and recruiting most of the Club's present membership which is pleased to boast the third largest Lions Club in our District and making history in having the most charter members ever in our District. Her credentials and leadership speak volumes. Judge Nash is vested and has a true passion for the success of our Club. With these qualities Judge Valencia Nash will be an invaluable asset as a recipient of this prestigious award.
Plano Collin Nepalese Lions Club
Lion Prakash Gautam – Lion since 2014
Prakash became a Lion in October 2014 and since then he is serving in various capacities. He chartered a new Lions Club, Plano Collin Nepalese Lions Club (PCNLC), on October 18, 2018 with 59 charter members. Currently he is serving as the Charter President of the Club. Under his leadership, PCNLC has successfully organized: a blood drive; participated in Operation Homefront project by delivering/ distributing several boxes of toys to the children in need during Christmas; participated in “Keep Allen Beautiful” project of City of Allen; organized club’s charter night; fund raised and donated $260 to the State Leo Council.

Lion Ralph Nelson – Lion since 2014
Ralph has always had a great attitude for service. He participates in all functions. He provided the P A systematourClub.Whenitcomestimetoserve, Ralph is always first in line.
