DISTRICT GOVERNOR’S 100% SECRETARY AWARD
To qualify for this award, the club secretary must have been reported to LCI on or before January 1, 2017 and must meet all the following requirements during 2016-2017.
1. The club secretary has furthered and promoted the 2-X1 District Governor’s Goals for 2015-2016, the objectives of LCI and adhered to Lions Clubs International constitution and by-laws and its policies.
2. The club has no unpaid balance over $50.00 and over 30 days owed to LCI, state, or 2-X1 District as of March 31, 2017.
3. ALL Monthly Membership Reports have been submitted on time to LCI before the end of each month.
4. The secretary has submitted the PU-101 form to LCI and the cabinet secretary complete with e-mails and phone numbers for all new officers by April 30, 2017.
5. The club must qualify for a Centennial Service Challenge DIAMOND Banner Patch for the 2016-2017 year.
6. Complete at least 6 of the following 13:
1. Sponsor a new member to your club.
2. Attend Lions University (2017) or complete
alternate officer training.
3. Attend 3 Zone Meetings (may substitute one
alternate zone’s meeting).
4. Attend 4 Executive Council Meetings. (2
substitutes other than president) 59
