100% DISTRICT LION AWARD
(Open to all Lions of District 2-X1)
To qualify for this Award, the Lion must have been reported to LCI as a Lion of District 2-X1 on or before July 1, 2017 and must meet all of the following requirements in 2016-17:
1. The Lion must have participated at all the projects and fund-raisers of home club (verified by club president)
2. Completed THREE of the following:
a) Attended two Cabinet meetings of the District 2-X1 b) Attended 2-X1 Mid-Winter Conference
c) Attended 2X1 Dist. Convention both days
d) Attended MD2 Convention (2-E2 May 18-21, 2017) e) Attended USA/Canada Forum (Sep.15-17, 2016)
f) Attended Texas Leadership Forum (Mar 5-6 2017 in Austin)
g) Held a cabinet position and submitted reports to the Cabinet Secretary in time
3. Participated in THREE of the following: a) Texas State Fair Parade-September b) Volunteered at Sports Extravaganza
c) Volunteered at Camp New Horizon
d) Visited Texas Lions Camp
e) Volunteered at the LS&TF Golf Tournament or Denim
& Diamonds Gala
f) Volunteered at a District Event or Activity which are
planned and carried out in July 2016-June 2017 60
