In only their third year, the girl's varsity soccer team, led by co-cap- tains senior Sarah Williamson and junior Alarice Cesario, posted an impressive 9-5-3 record.
Their biggest victory of the season was a 3-2 decision over Penning ton. "That was a huge win for our confidence," Cesario said, "and it showed all the other teams in our conference that we are for real."
Senior goalkeeper Jen Allman anchored the strong Lady Rams defense. With Cesario at sweeper, Singh at stopper, and sophomore hatasha Davis and freshman Rose Berardi at the outside fullback spots, the team's defense checks the opposition, permitting the midfield and forwards to concen trate solely on scoring.
At center halfback, Williamson led the team in scoring while center forward Hegna was a close sec ond.
