PEER LEADERSHIP
Although the major outline and procedures of the pro gram remained the same, this was a year of some innova tions for Peer Leadership. For starters, the training retreat was in June rather than late summer. Two new faculty advisors, Mrs. Franzese and Mr. Qould, Joined the program as well. A variety of events unfolded as the year wore on — Activities Day, weekly meetings. Parents' Night, Holiday Par
ties, Cabaret and Senior Retreat. These approached and passed with breathtaking speed. Where did the time go?
Most seniors got to experience this program from both sides — as underclassmen and as leaders — and they stated their obvious preferences for the latter. What is not seen is their effect on and help for those whom they led during the course of this challenging program.
