This year marks the first winning season (8-7-1) since 1986! Captains Lorin Cone, Mick Zagorski, and Amanda Verba lead the Rams to this success ful duel meet record, in which the Rams ha to come up big in their last three meets. They won two and tied one to finish the season. Another highlight was in January where the Rams finished fifth in the M.J.P.C. meet in what proved to be a very competitive and exciting meet. One other memorable event occurred when the girls fin ished 11th overall and 6th in the "B” Division at the States. The Lady Rams consisted of Amanda
Verba, Ellen Wison, Karen Dobbelaar, Michelle Dzurissin, Bridget Farrell, and Jamie Rogers. The boys' State Meet proved to be very exciting when Lorin Cone, Mick Zagorski, Patrick McShane, Dan Cone, David Slurzberg, Tim Evans, Mike Sidun, Meghana Gupta, Ian Freeman, Patrick Qeisz, and David Ronciak came home as the boys "B" Divi sion runners-up finishing three points behind "B " champ Morristown-Board, 59-61. With a strong crop of eighth graders moving up, next year looks quite promising for the Rams.
