Dogs
JOoGS to my way of thinking are the best pets that a child or a grown- up can have. They are faithful and always seem to love their masters. They will do almost anything within their power for him. Their antics amuse all by the hour, and they are almost always ready to romp and play.
There are many varieties of dogs: small ones, large ones, and all dif ferent si2,es. There are poodles, Scotties, wire-haired fox terriers, wolf
hounds, and many other kinds.
I am not saying that all dogs have good dispositions. Many of them pick fights and are endlessly biting delivery boys and mail men. Many dogs have to be chained all day long and cannot be let out until late at night when no one is around. I am sure that I do not think this kind
of dog is very nice to have.
Dogs are often sick and are a great bother to have about the house. Puppies always have worms and have to be kept very carefully. They should not leave their mothers to be sold until they are six or seven weeks old. Pups are not always easy to raise and take time, trouble, and patience.
Many people do not like or love dogs, but I am not one of these, T1 love dogs now and I think I shall continue to the rest of my life.
