Basket Ball Report
Our first weekly basketball games began soon after Thanksgiving and continued on as usual until about the middle of May*
In March xMiss Shaw picked out the class teams and we played a series of games, the winners of which should receive their basketball
numerals, and should be the guests at the athletic banquet, given the six­ teenth of May. The games were watched with more interest, and played off with closer scores than before. The Senior team won the series, on Monday, April the twenty-ninth, playing against III Academic, with whom
they had played a tie game formerly.
About the fifth of May two school teams were picked to play three games, the winner of two will be the final basketball winning team and shall receive the large H. These games will not be played off before the latter half of May.
