Board of Trustees
Headmaster Burgess N. Ayres, ex officio member, and new presi dent M. Peter Madsen.
There was a changing of the guard this year on the Board of Trustees. After ten years of dedicated service. Dr. Garrett Keating retired as Board President and was replaced by Mr. Peter Madsen. Elected President last May, Mr. Madsen has served on the Board for the past eight years. A graduate of Wardlaw Country Day School and Colgate University, Mr. Madsen is president of Madsen and Howell, Inc. in Perth Amboy.
