New Dean Of Students flm H *
For one reason or another, anyone who has been associated with Wardlaw in recent years has come in contact with Mr. Alexander McDougall. He has long been one of the most active of all Wardlaw faculty, heading the drama department, advising in publica tions, and setting up various student workshops, in addition to conducting his English courses. It is because of his enthusiasm in his varied interests in the school that the staff of the Maroon and Gold has dedicated this yearbook to him.
Mr. McDougall has had to leave his role as advisor for the yearbook staff this year to meet a new challenge. In his new assignment as Dean of Students, he has brought the student body closer to the administration in order to bring about better understand ing.
In addition to all of the above, Mr. McDougall is a friend of the student. Many boys turn to him for guidance in matters related to everything from school life to family problems. Having such a wide scope of interests enables him to keep in touch with all facets of the school. He is truly a faculty member the senior class and all of Wardlaw can be proud of.
