Busy Year for Mothers’ Association
Mrs. David Quinlan headed the Wardlaw Mothers’ Association this year.
She was assisted by Mrs. Harry V. Osborne, Jr., first vice-president; Mrs. William C. Streib, second vice-president; Mrs. Paul Gabon, treasurer; Mrs. Alex Medvigy, recording secretary; and Mrs. Joseph W. Hierl, corresponding secretary. Mrs. John T.
Cole and Mrs. O. H. Hewit, III, ran the mothers’ store.
The association was extremely successful with its holiday fair in November and its dessert bridge and fashion show in March. Homeroom mothers this year did an especially good job.
Mr. Raymond P. Lewis makes purchase at holiday fair. Wardlaw mothers (from left to right), Mrs. Paul Galton and Mrs. Garrett M. Keating, work in background. Net profit of $2,392 set record for annual event.
