Fall Fair is a day when students can raise m oney for their clubs or classes through student sponsored activities, in addition to the games sponsored by the Parents' Association. This year, the activities consisted of a ball toss to win a "goldfish", a wacky
Iphoto booth, the purchase of delicious fresh French fries and caramel apples, and much more. As always, there were also 50/50 raffles with luxurious prizes such as an Xbox 360, an iPad 2, and Katy Perry concert tickets. The new carnival games were an
enorm ous addition to the Fall Fair this year. They included everything from the typical balloon-popping and can-knocking games to face painting and henna, a petting zoo and pony rides, and one of the most favorited stands: the dunk tank.
One of the biggest attractions at Fall Fair this year, the dunk tank was a revived tradition that W-H hadn't seen in a while, but was brought back with the new carnival theme. Everyone had a blast trying to dunk their friends and teachers. Among the favorite "dunkees" were Ms. Malizia and Billy Nolan-all in good fun, of course.
The W-H Parents' Association worked hard to make this year's Fall Fair bigger and more exciting than any the school has ever seen. To support the carnival theme, they brought in countless attractions, ranging from classic carnival games to pony rides.
