Every August, a group of seniors travel to Fairvie Lake in northern New Jersey for three days of person reflection, leadership training, and trust exercises. Ti peer leaders return to W-H prepared to help tl incoming freshman transition. Through weekl meetings, the peer leaders make memories, participat in group bonding, and help one another navigate th difficulties of Upper School.
In June of 2013, WH students traveled to Peru for a service-learning trip. "My favorite part of going to Peru was interacting with the local people. W aking up in a place this beautiful and
being surrounded by mountains, greenlands, and ancient ruins reminded me of how lucky I was to experience Peruvian culture first
hand," stated Julian Hernandez- Webster, '15.
