Part IV 課堂活動：蘿蔔蹲

Class Activity: Radish Squat

1. 將班上同學分為五組，每組派代表抽籤選擇
字卡上的角色（請用課本附件的字卡）。

Divide the class into 5 groups. Each group will send one member to draw for a
character on the character cards. (Please use the character cards provided in the

textbook).

2. 各組圍成一圈，每組排頭（可輪流）拿字

卡，並猜拳決定哪組開始發號施令。
Each group will form a circle, with one person (who may be alternated) holding
the word card. Rock–paper–scissors decides which group will begin issuing

commands.

3. 被點名的組別，整組需齊蹲、齊說，指定
下一個組別：「XX蹲，XX蹲，XX蹲完，YY

蹲。」
The group that is called upon will squat together as a group and in unison
command the next group, “XX(student’s name) squat, XX squat, XX finish

squatting, YY squat.”

4. 必須在限定時間內開始動作，並完成指定下

一個組別的指令，沒做到的那組被淘汰。
A group that fails to complete the commands it’s given and then give commands

to the next group within the allotted amount of time will be eliminated.

5. 學生皆熟練後可加快速度。
The students may increase the speed of the activity once they are familiar with

the rules.
