HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
As the Human Resources Manager you are responsible for the
supervision, coordination, administration and quality control of all day-to-day human resources activities for the
resort. You will implement human resources programs, services, strategy, and initiatives and provide day to day
guidance, consultancy, leadership and support to management regarding human resource practices and follow up
on the implementation of specified company policies, procedures and documentation.

Ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or related degree in Human Resources with/or 5+ years of resort
hospitality experience in similar position preferably within the Caribbean, along with strong MS Office skills.

Candidate possesses excellent communication, writing, coaching and guiding skills that are proven by references.
