As we have stated in previous correspondence, even though the CAR termination
proposal does not contain anything more than the minimum compensation
guaranteed by law and is a far cry from earlier packages offered to employees whom
were terminated under comparable circumstances, it is not possible nor responsible
to negotiate any severance packages if there is no clear answer on whether the
affected employee has the possibility to continue its employment with the company
that will take over operations from CAR (as stated by the law).
