The public entity “Land Aruba” announces that tenderers are invited for a public tender of the following
project, which is financed by the “Fondo Desaroyo Aruba”.
SHORT DESCRIPTION To deliver and to implement a Human Resource system (HR-system) for
OF ENGAGEMENT: the Government of Aruba. The HR-system will be used to register
approximately 4.500 government employees. Furthermore the existing
payroll system needs to be linked with the HR software. All this forms part
of the project “Replacement PIMS”.
EXECUTION TERM: 8 months after the starting date.
TERMS OF REFERENCE:
Terms of Reference is available as of February 19th, 2015 at the office of
“Departamento Recurso Humano”, L.G.Smith Blvd. 172, Oranjestad.
INFORMATION Will take place in the meeting room at the office of “Departamento Recurso
MEETING: Humano” on March 5th, 2015 at 10:00 am. Questions should be submitted
prior to the meeting via email to the contact person not later than March 4th,
2015 at 12:00 pm.
NOTE OF Will be sent 21 days after the information meeting to all participants.

SUBSCRIPTION: Subscription can be done solely by using an official subscription form, as
included in the Terms of Reference, accompanied by 1 original with 5
(hard) copies of all requested documents and 1 copy in PDF format on CD,
delivered on April 16th, 2015 before 10:00 am at “Departamento Recurso
Humano” in a for that purpose destined letterbox.
PUBLIC TENDER: The public tender will take place on April 16th, 2015 at 10:00 am at the
