DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

To manage all facets of the Housekeeping Department, including
guest rooms, laundry, public areas, departmental storage and work
areas, and is expected to ensure highest level of guest service and
satisfaction.
PREREQUISITES:
- Hospitality Diploma or certi ed Hospitality Housekeeping

Executive certi cation.
- Minimum ve (5) years housekeeping or other management level

experience.
- Must have complete knowledge of hotel operations procedures.
- Must have excellent communications skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in budgeting and man-power planning.
- Be able to work in an atmosphere of team spirit with management

as well as subordinates.
- Must be able to develop and maintain a well-trained motivated

sta .
- Must have experience with a large hotel.
