VNSNY Employee ID vs Agent ID

 VNSNY Emp ID is a unique set of 5 digits that identify you within
VNSNY (can write it down and memorize)

 Used to access VNSNY network components

 Do not confuse EmpID with Agent ID: Agent ID comes form vendor
HCHB
 used during initial configuration of access to PointCare (training and
production)
 used to access Online Learning Hub (learning website for HCHB)

 Access R2 with EmpID and R2 initial password (change it)
