 Monitor 2 MedAttach error Qs and
correct records.

 Errors = User input error(s) during
Indexing.
 Not Acknowledged = Document may
or may not have attached, but HCHB
did not acknowledge receipt.

 Navigation:
i. WorldView (=OnBase icon) >
ii. Personal Page >
iii. Click the title of a tile MR –
MedAttach: … to open list
iv. Look for Intake documents to
correct.

v. Double‐click document to
open, then fix by Re‐Indexing.
