                              Worker’s Compensation and No Fault



                              Worker’s Compensation (primary payor when injury is job-related)

                              No Fault: Coverage for injuries resulting from an Motor Vehicle
                               Accident. Sometimes takes weeks to obtain an authorization

                              If Worker’s Compensation or No Fault is the primary confirmed payor,
                               intake should attempt to obtain a secondary payor for patients with No
                               Fault Insurance, if available.


                              If secondary insurance is Managed Care payor authorization not
                               needed just verification of active insurance and that we accept that
                               insurance carrier.
