How to Approve Time Off



               If you are approving multiple employees’ Time-Off Requests through Quick Approval
               and one or more employee has a negative accrual balance, a pop-up message will
               appear alerting you of an employee’s negative accrual balance.

















               Notifying Employees


               An employee can see if a supervisor has approved or denied their request by looking at
               the color-coded Time-Off Calendar and accompanying Time-Off Request legend, or by
               clicking on the specific date on the calendar within Employee Self-Service. The
               employee will also be able to see any comments the supervisor added.

               Once a request has been approved/denied, an email will be sent to the employee.
