PHOTOCOPIER INSTRUCTIONS
We have2 photocopiers in our main office:
• Ricoh MPC6501 located in the Mail/Copy Room
• Ricoh MPC4502 located by Accounting Dept
PHOTOCOPY
• To make photocopies of your document(s), you must first press the PRINT button.
• Enter your 4 digit code. (Please note that both of our copiers requires to enter a 4 digit code in
order to do a copy job and each department has an assigned code for it.)
• When you’re done making copies, you need to log-off by holding both CLEAR MODE button
and the CLEAR/STOP button at the same time.
SCANNING DOCUMENTS TO YOUR EMAIL OR STAFF
• Only main office staff has an assigned 3 digit code for scanning job.
• To make scanning job, you must first press the SCANNER button.
• Enter your 3 digit code.
• Locate your name or the name of the staff where you want to send your scanned document(s).
• Press START
• When you’re done scanning, you need to log-off by holding both CLEAR MODE button and the
CLEAR/STOP button at the same time.
LABELS AND CARDSTOCK DO’s AND DON’Ts
• If you have a printing jobs that requires labels or cardstocks, please DO NOT use the
Ricoh MPC6501 by the mail/copy room. You can only use the Ricoh MPC4502 by Accounting
Dept. for those type of printing jobs. The bypass tray is what you needed to choose to put
either your label or cardstock.
PRINTING ISSUE
• If you’re in the middle of a printing job and a paper jam occurred, please DO NOT fix it
yourself, but to contact the front desk immediately followed by sending in an EBALDC Request
Form (see link) https://www.tfaforms.com/4602182
