Using Email Offsite

               I.  The following is a brief instruction of how to use email offsite:


                  1.  Launch Internet Browser – the Internet browser can be Internet Explorer, Chrome or
                       FireFox. Using Internet Explorer is recommended.

                  2.  Type in http://outlook.com/owa/ebaldc.org in the address box - this is the web address of our
                       email server.

                  3.  A screen similar to this will appear asking for username and password.



































                  4.  For most users, your username is your first initial and your last name.   Be sure NOT to
                       check the “save this password in your password list”. Doing so might let others to read
                       your email.





                  5.  After the password verification process, main outlook screen will be launched. This is
                       similar to what you can see in your office. It allows you to compose email, manage your
                       contacts, calendar etc.
