➢ Work in groups and role play how glucose is completely broken
down in the presence of oxygen. Each group may be tasked to act
out one of the four phases of aerobic cellular respiraon: glycolysis,
preparatory reacon, Krebs cycle, and electron transport chain.
Assign persons who will assume the role of important molecules
(i.e., six students to represent glucose, a 6-carbon molecule; three
students for pyruvate; etc.) for glycolysis. Exercise creavity in your
presentaon.
➢ Create a poster that shows how proteins and lipids can be used to
generate ATP (i.e., alternave metabolic pathways).
