These mummies were
preserved by accident
due to dry weather. It was
in the Taklimakan desert,
which is located in Central
Asia.
But the mummies didn't
appear to be the ancestors
of modern-day Chinese
people.
Their hair was not black,
but reddish-blond.
But nobody knows where
they are from.
