There was once a city called
Silene in Libya. The city was
tormented by a poisonous dragon
that lived nearby. To appease
the dragon, the king ordered his
people to offer it two sheep every
day. This went on for a while, but
slowly the city started to run out
of sheep. Thereafter, the people and ran out of sheep entirely. In
