The basketball coach encouraged her
to give the sport a try, and said that she
could play in her wheelchair.
With her independent spirit, Jane
discovered a sports club that caught
her interest.
Jane was fascinated by this type of
sport.
On the first day of tryouts,
she passed the ball back
and forth with other children and felt
intrigued by the fact that she could still
play.
During the school week, she was bored
in P.E. class because she could not
participate.
