Just like every other places and
barangays in the Philippines, Barangay
San Jose also has a traditional
celebration for it’s Patron Saint. The
fiesta in here is being held for a 1 whole
week and it always ends on march 19,
the real date of the fiesta. There are a
lot of activities during these times like,
street dance, Singing Contest, Miss Gay
Kalawakan, People’s night , Munting
Mutya At lakan ng San Jose, Mr And Miss
Teens San Jose and a lot more depending
on the organizers.

People in barangay San Jose are known to be
religious people who always go and attend their

churhes which is why a lot of different religion

build their own churches here. Some of these
religions are the Seventh-day Adventise Church,

Iglesia ni Cristo, Born Again and lastly the
Christian Catholic Church.
