Jeff is a licensed architect and Senior-Principal at
Architectural Werks, Inc., and is responsible for leading
the firm’s work in the animal health care field. Since
joining the firm in 1983, Jeff has completed more than
325 projects throughout the United States as the lead
architect or design consultant.
Jeff has been around veterinary medicine his whole
Jeff Clark, AIA, ICC life, having both a father and brother in veterinary
President practice. Having worked in a veterinary hospital, Jeff fully
understands the equipment, technical, functional, and
maintenance aspects of a modern animal healthcare
facility. This practical and professional experience in the
animal health care field brings an unmatched perspective
to the planning of these types of facilities which he has
applied in creating forward thinking designs of small
and large animal veterinary hospitals, animal shelters,
emergency hospitals, specialty - referral centers, luxury
boarding and day care centers, canine training and
rehabilitation facilities, grooming facilities, and wildlife
rehabilitation centers.
Jeff has been a guest lecturer at the Washington State
University School of Veterinary Medicine, and the
Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference. He has as well
served as a panelist for numerous accredited continuing
education workshops in the western united states aimed
at veterinarians who are considering the development
of new facilities, and has authored articles for Veterinary
Medical associations as well as industry trade magazines.
