KDM Realty Ltd, is a real estate development, investment and management firm located at # 1
Tobago Road, Montrose, Chaguanas. The company was founded on June 23rd 2003 in Trinidad and
Tobago. At the present time the company’s portfolio includes Apartment Buildings, Commercial buildings,
Residential Homes and Land Development Projects.
Our company will align its private and investor capital to aggressively pursue urban and rural Real
estate and Land Development. As a developer and manager of residential and commercial properties, the
company has successfully been able to provide investors with above average returns due to our keen insight
about the local market.
We apply our knowledge of the market and existing trends to identify, acquire and develop real estate
in areas that have substantial upside appreciation potential. We take pride in our ability to locate and acquire
