Some time between 1928 and 1935 James George ceased farming and he and his wife
Ada retired to Grey Street, Hamilton.
James George’s brother Ernest Henry had retired also, he too living in Hamilton.
James George and Ada’s son Athur had married and they lived at 50 Te Aroha St.
