Table of Offenses

General Provision: Any act/s committed not specifically mentioned in
above table of offense shall be governed by provision of the Labor Code of the
Philippines of Criminal / Civil Code or any practicable law of the Philippines.

Note: For standardization, the Notice to Explain/Disciplinary Action
Notice will be used but this does not limit the Human Resource Department in
using additional forms when necessary.
