400 hours of VTIME TO VOLUNTEER DURING THE WORKDAY.
Corvias employees have two ways to volunteer through work.
Each team member starts the year with VTIME that allows them to volunteer for the organization of their choice during the workday. They can also participate
in a group employee volunteer event that supports the military, education or the environment, either after work or during the workday. When team members volunteer together after work, they earn additional paid time off.
More than 350 hours of additional paid time off were awarded to employees who participated in group volunteer events. They supported organizations such as Rhode Islanders Sponsoring Education, Homefront Room Revival, their local school and many other deserving organizations that are devoted to addressing education, the environment and supporting our service members.
