Dyneema loop

Dyneema loops are not only stronger than their

bronze or stainless steel counterparts, but they are
also softer and lighter, which means they’re less

likely to damage the surrounding areas. Use them to
attach blocks, secure reefing cringles or simply to

hoist an outboard on deck.

1 Cut enough line for the circumference of the loop, allowing about 8in

(20cm) at either end for the splice. Seize the cover to prevent it slipping,

then remove it from the working ends using a sharp knife.
