Sliding necklace knot
How to attach a necklace? You could try tying it
(too basic) or fitting special necklace hooks (too
complicated) – or you could use this ingenious
sliding knot used by many professional jewellery
makers.
1 You’ll need at least 3ft (0.9m) of line for an adult, slightly less for a
child. Position the first knot over the opposite end.
