2 Pass the standing parts over the right-hand bight, the right-hand

bight over the top bight, and the top bight over the left-hand bight. Tuck

the left-hand bight into the first loop.

3 Tighten the resulting anticlockwise crown (here), making sure the

pairs of strands lie parallel to each other.
